About Me
Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with very large corporations as well as smaller service providers, manufacturers and retailers, to produce websites, branding and communications, sales materials, service training, and business and marketing plans.
When asked who my ideal client is, I will always say that it’s those who are excited about growing their businesses, whether they are the little fish or the big fish in the pond.
Some of my successes:
Directed new business development for a national financial services company through comprehensive and innovative market analysis and strategic marketing plans that resulted in an increase of 2400% in profits in 5 years.
Created and launched a new branding campaign, including supplementary local advertising collateral as well as interactive, internet-based marketing tools and media-training seminars for franchises. As a result, the sales for the Canada-wide company increase by 200% in 2 years, resulting in a national buy-out by a new US. firm.
Developed and implemented a training program for a national chain educating franchisees, store managers and staff on product knowledge, customer service and operations. This program saved the company close to $100,000 within the first year, eliminated the need for redundant home office employees, dropped customer complaints by 95% and improved the consumer retail shopping experience significantly.
Created and directed the marketing efforts of a national brand campaign through in-store displays, shelf-talkers, contests/giveaways and retail sales kits, resulting in their most successful Canadian corporate campaign.
Conducted product knowledge and sales training for international nutrition company, supporting monthly sales increases of 25%.
Consulted in conflict resolutions between management and staff, producing improved corporate culture and greater productivity by instituting open forum sessions and employee appreciation gestures.
Performed as a motivational speaker at numerous corporate meetings, renewing corporate visions. |
